The following Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions replace the Warranty Terms and Conditions currently contained in All Owner’s Manuals for the brands distributed by Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd

Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd, distributor of:-

products in Australia thank you for choosing one of our products. We trust that you will enjoy this equipment which has been manufactured to the highest standard and specification.

This warranty applies to purchases made in Australia only. For your protection we encourage all our customers to purchase from authorised dealers only. Those who buy from unauthorised sources risk significant problems when it comes to warranty, spare parts, software updates and ongoing service. The next time you purchase products we represent please make sure your purchase is made from an authorised Innovative Music dealer. That way you can be guaranteed the best in service and support.

IMPORTANT:  Satisfactory evidence of the original purchase is required for warranty service. So keep your original receipt as your                    Proof of Purchase.
Further we ask that you fill in the Australian Warranty card above, including serial number, date of sale, as well as the name and address of the purchaser and return it to the address given to assist in processing any Warranty Claims should they arise.

Terms of Warranty
Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd warrants to the original retail purchaser that the applicable product, "the Product", will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty period, subject to the limitations and exclusions set out below.

Warranty Period
This warranty to the original retail purchaser is only valid from the date of the original sale in Australia. It will have no further effect after the applicable and relevant warranty time period has elapsed.
If a warranty claim is made, this warranty will not apply if the Product is found by Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd  to be:

(A)     Damaged or not maintained in a reasonable manner or as recommended in the relevant Product's Owner's Manual;

(B)     Modified, altered or used as part of any conversion kits, sub-assemblies or any configurations not sold by Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd ;

(C)    Improperly installed contrary to instructions contained in the relevant Owner's Manual

(D)    Repaired by someone other than an authorized Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd Agent in relation to a defect or malfunction covered by     this warranty;

Parts Covered
This warranty covers the Product and included accessories.

User-generated Data
This warranty does not cover any claimed loss of or damage to user-generated data that may be stored on your Product.

Statement of Remedy
If the Product is found not to conform to this warranty as stated above, the Warrantor, at its discretion, will either repair the defect or replace the Product without any charge for parts or service. This warranty does not include any reimbursement or payment of any consequential damages claimed to arise from a Product's failure to comply with the warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is in addition to and sits alongside your rights under the COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 (Australia) which can be excluded.

Procedure for Obtaining Warranty Service
If you believe that your Product does not conform with this warranty, you should first contact our service department and obtain a return or warranty authority number . After receiving this number you can then arrange to ship or deliver the Product, together with satisfactory evidence of your original purchase (such as a legible copy of the sales docket) to Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd  at the address shown below.
Please note, Innovative Music Australia Pty Ltd does not pay for the shipping to our service centre, we do however pay for the return shipping costs as part of  the warranty.
It is important that you prior to sending the product back, make a backup copy of any data stored on your product, in case it is lost or damaged during warranty service.
