Eligible Trade in consoles:
Legacy VENUE legacy systems (SC48, Profile, D-Show, Mix Rack, 1st-Gen S6L) or third-party consoles with original RRP above certain thresholds.
Trade in console proof of destruction, donation or recycling
- Evidence of destruction, charitable donation, or recycling of eligible trade-in must be submitted within 30 days from purchase date
- Photo(s) or video needs to include evidence of serial number
- The photo(s) or video must show serial number and proof of destruction, donation, or Recycling
- Media must be under 25MB or submitted via Dropbox link
- For recycling or charitable donation, certificates are required and must include serial number on the Certificate
- Failure to produce evidence or certificate to Innovative Music within 90 days will result in an invoice for the difference in the cost of console
