This B2B platform is exclusively for authorised Innovative Music Australia dealers and retail partners. If you're not yet a registered dealer, you may not be able to purchase selected items, so please contact us at sales@innovativemusic.com.au to apply for dealership opportunities.

Click "Request a Login" on the top right of the homepage and enter your business details. Once verified by our team, you’ll receive an activation email. Approval usually takes 1–2 business days.

Just hit “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset.

Ordering & Checkout

Log in, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once submitted.

Yes – backorders are enabled. Stock availability is live, and estimated restock dates (where available) will be displayed on the product page.

No, we don’t have a minimum order requirement. However, bulk discounts may apply for larger orders – speak to your account manager for details.

Yes – go to "My Account" > "Order History" and select any previous order to quickly reorder.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address. We offer competitive national shipping rates via our partner couriers.

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days but it may vary according to circumstances. Backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive at our
warehouse.

Stock & Product Information

Yes. What you see on the site is synced with our inventory system in real-time.

Each product page includes key specs, images, and downloadable assets (where available). If you need additional marketing
collateral, please reach out to our Marketing team by clicking here.

Yes – demo stock, signage, wobblers, and POS material are available for eligible dealers. Chat with your account manager for current options.

Returns & Support

Visit our Repairs & Returns page to submit a return or warranty request. Please
include your order number, product details, and issue.

All products are backed by manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary – refer
to the product listing or contact us for confirmation.
