The sE Electronics FluxCore FCP1 is a HiZ passive DI that delivers uncompromising audio quality without phantom power or batteries. Its 650 kΩ high-impedance input minimises load on the source, keeping the clarity, punch, dynamics and tonal balance of your instrument intact – from bass and acoustic guitar to keyboards and synths.

The FCP1 is built for stereo sources. Its In/L and Thru/R 1/4" jacks and switchable L+R mono summing combine keyboards, media players and backing tracks into a single balanced XLR output, saving valuable channels on mixers, audio interfaces and stage boxes. A dedicated 3.5 mm (1/8") TRS stereo input lets you plug a laptop straight in and sum it to mono at the XLR output.

A custom-designed, shielded heavy-duty transformer provides galvanic isolation, high headroom and low distortion, while sE's on⁺ ground lift circuitry minimises hum, ground loops and radio-frequency interference. Switchable −15 and −30 dB pads handle high-output sources such as amplifier outputs, and the POLAR switch inverts polarity to solve phase issues. Frequency range is 18 Hz – 30 kHz (−0.3 dB).

Housed in a compact, heavy-gauge steel enclosure with a matte-black stealth finish, the FCP1 is ready for stage, studio and touring use. A non-slip mat, hook-and-loop pads and four rack-mount screws are included for desktop, pedalboard or 1U rack mounting (up to four units per rack space), and the stackable design keeps multi-channel setups tidy.
